Google Review Tips

1. Users have to log into their google account to leave a review.
2. Each google account only allow to review once for each business profile.
3. Switch to different Google account on same device in a short time to leave reviews for same business can be recognized by google bot, and the reviews might not be allowed to show to public on google.
4. Nearby reviewers’ review is more trustable by Google, ideally within the same city
   Otherwise, Google might not allow the review to be shown to public, and not count the review in rating system.
5. Ideally, the reviewing account has visited the business location recently. If the account has visited the location, then even the account has left the city, google still recognize the review.
6. When making a review, upload the photos of the merchant together. Google will give more recognition to the review, especially the photos taken with a mobile phone on the merchant’s site. Such photos with geographical location information will be read and recognized by Google.
   • Photos transferred by SMS normally be able to retain geographical data on it.
   • Photos transferred via tools like Wechat, normally already being compressed and has lost its geographical data.
